INSTITUTIONAL · FORECAST INDEX
DataFi — Institutional License Schedule
DataFi is a mathematically derived digital-asset forecast index. Licensed in the same grammar as a listed volatility benchmark: display, non-display, and derived-product rights are separate grants. Methodology is published. Construction remains private. Performance history is auditable under license.
DataFi · Live sheet · Metered catalog
Class
Superior to, and analogous with, VIX-class and Volmex-class benchmarks: a forecast index with a written methodology and an auditable print history, not a generic market-data dump.
Flagship
The GM! Index, modeling DeFi forward conviction with the DataFi likelihood-native foundation model
GM! Index. Current flagship product — the highest-yield, most active composite instrument. The flagship designation may change over time through an auditable process.
Probability density foundation model
Probability density foundation model. The tape under GM!. One reusable probability density, not a time-series forecast of the next bar and not an information coefficient. Paper until a constructor is promoted.
License schedule
Annual list, USD. Prepaid. One grant does not include the others.

What the license conveys
- The published DataFi index — conviction cells, licensed books, and the then-current flagship composite.
- Written methodology (prospectus and theory), including the auditable process by which the flagship composite may change. Construction and omega internals are not licensed.
- Auditable performance history of published prints for the licensed universe and term.
Terms
- Non-custodial data/index product. Not selling options or futures. Not holding customer assets. GM! is a data access service, not investment advice.
- The license is of DataFi. GM! is the current flagship composite — the highest-yield, most active instrument — and may change through the published, auditable process.
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable except as written in the license.
- Annual, prepaid. List in USD. Invoice in USD or USDC on Base.
- One legal entity per site license unless an affiliate schedule is attached.
- Professional display is per named user. Non-display and enterprise are per entity.
- Derived-product and redistribution rights are never implied by a display or non-display grant.
- Public delayed tape remains public. STUDIO board checkout is a separate retail surface and is not this license.
- The metered agent catalog (GET /services.json) is a separate per-call surface and is not this license.
- Not investment advice. Not a security. Not execution or custody.
Not granted
- Execution, custody, or advice
- AUM fees on the standard schedule (participation exists only on a derived-product application)
- Feed construction or unpublished method
- Sublicense, white-label, or public redistribution without a derived-product grant
